This anxiety management group provides insight into what anxiety is and how it shows up in our bodies. During the group, you will learn about how anxiety affects your thoughts, actions and your body. It is designed to teach strategies and techniques to manage anxiety, empower you to build resilience and create a life worth living again.
This programme is for people who have difficulties with anxiety and want to learn more on how to manage these difficulties.
