Are you struggling with emotional regulation that impacts your ability to live a fulfilling life?
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) was developed specifically for individuals who experience difficulties managing their emotions, often leading to behaviours that disrupt their well-being.
Activation
Group
This is for you if you struggle with chronic depressive symptoms and you want to work on improving your motivation and your mood. The group prevents isolation and allow for goal setting through behavioural activation. Topics range from how to set boundaries, improve self-esteem and communication skills. Ultimately, the group aids you in scheduling your day to create a life worth living by incorporating what you need and want to do and you get to meet others who are experiencing similar things.
