• Understand Your Unique Experience of Fatigue No two experiences with fatigue are the same. We'll guide you in exploring how fatigue impacts your life, relationships, and daily activities—so you can begin to understand your energy patterns.
• Weeks 2-6: Strategies to Manage Fatigue With our step-by-step approach, you'll gradually introduce subtle changes to your routine, allowing you to reclaim energy over time.
Duration
6 x 90 minute sessions over 6 weeks.

By spreading the programme over six weeks, we give you the time to implement strategies gradually. You'll be able to test and adapt these techniques to fit your life, so they become lasting habits.
